Layer 2
Live Virtual Cohort Sessions
Module 3 (Speak for Yourself) and bi-weekly Hot Seat Q&A sessions are delivered live via Zoom with Adriane or a certified facilitator. Panel mock interviews, real-time feedback, and value positioning practice — this is where the transformation happens.
Layer 3
The Room™ — In-Person Capstone
